Since our founding in 1992 Kuhs Quality Homes, a Greenfield, Waukesha, Racine and Milwaukee home builder, has established itself as a reputable and customer-oriented builder throughout Southeastern Wisconsin.

We are a small, family-owned Wisconsin home builder emphasizing quality and customer service for Greenfield, Waukesha, Racine and Milwaukee homes. We felt then, as we do now, that using our family name for our company shows that our commitment to quality and service are not just words in a slogan.

We prefer to work with each client on an individual basis, so when you build with us you will have all of our attention directed towards your home.

We have built homes ranging from 1200 square feet on up to 8000 square feet, multi-family homes, lake homes, and narrow lot-city homes. We restrict the number of homes we build each year so we can continue to provide the service and quality that all new homeowners deserve.

Cindy handles all aspects of sales, designs, and administration for Kuhs Quality Homes where the attention to detail from her business and accounting background serve her well. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration majoring in Finance and Human Resources with a minor in Accounting and Real Estate. Starting with just three homes, Kuhs Quality Homes has built more than 150 custom homes since 1992.

Your initial meeting with Cindy will be to discuss your wants, needs, expectations, and budget. Cindy does the majority of the designing on a computer aided design program which allows her to easily make changes immediately to your new home. This avoids costly design fees that most custom builders charge. She also handles the estimating and pricing which cuts out all over promising and miscommunication that frequently occurs when multiple people are involved with your home.

Brian handles all aspects of the home building process from excavation to move-in. His hands on approach and daily presence at the job site is an integral part of the high level of quality and customer satisfaction Kuhs Quality Homes prides itself on. Brian has hands on experience in every trade that is involved in the building of your new home. This experience coupled with the long term relationships Kuhs Quality Homes has with their contractors allows a level of interaction and communication that is unmatched in the building industry today as we know it. Brian also personally handles all warranty claims, ensuring that the personal touch you’ve come to expect from Kuhs Quality Homes does not end when you move in.
